Lead Worker Supervisor
This book (Lead Paint Student Training Manual) can be used as either the Lead Worker or Supervisor Training Courses (Initial or Refresher). Books are bound in a 6"x 9" hardcover book (296 pages). This textbook was developed with input from HUD, OSHA and by EPA for the use of either state or federally approved trainers to provide guidance for those who are about to undertake a Lead-Based Paint Abatement project.
Certified supervisor means an individual who has been trained by an accredited training program, as defined by this section, and certified by EPA pursuant to §745.226 to supervise and conduct abatements, and to prepare occupant protection plans and abatement reports.
The supervisor course shall last a minimum of 32 training hours, with a minimum of 8 hours devoted to hands-on activities.
Refresher courses for supervisor must last a minimum of 8 training hours.
This book can be used for any of the following courses: 4 day Lead Supervisor, 3 day Lead Worker, Lead Operation and Maintenance Course and/or the 2-hour Lead Paint Awareness course.
